MarketPeak Review Summary
Product Name: MarketPeak
Founder: Sergej Heck
Product Type: Investment Platform
Price: $125 USD
What is MarketPeak?
MarketPeak is an investment platform for FinTech projects and products that offers rewards to the community. In order to achieve this in the best possible way, projects are offered to investors during their early stages (e.g. private sale, presale, etc.).
Existing products & services will be tokenized and offered at special conditions to the MarketPeak Community. We also aim to decentralise the platform itself in the future (see our Roadmap).
How Does MarketPeak Work?
MarketPeak is going to allow new fintech startups, which want to raise money through tokenized crowdfunding, to promote their project to a community with thousands of investors which are ready to invest.
Instead of paying thousands of dollars upfront for inactive marketing campaigns, the project will be announced to the right audience with exclusive conditions. Similar to crowdfunding campaigns tokenized assets will be offered on the platform.
The tokenization will take its place right on the platform itself. Before that the offer will be analyzed and audited.
MarketBlockchain technology and tokenized assets are a complicated area. Although MarketPeak selects and pre-filters projects and products, it is essential that investors can understand them.
For that reason MarketPeak sees a key role in educating the community. Though not mandatory for Members to go through, MarketPeak claims to offer a lot of education material about blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and the future of a decentralized financial system to prepare its community for great investment opportunities.
New webinars are held every week. In addition, MarketPeak rewards its users for contributing actively in community growth. MarketPeak claims to have many videos and scripts to help them get better in marketing and sales.
It is free to join the platform. However, you have to pay 125 USD in order to get access to their education platform and start distributing affiliate memberships.

What Do I Like About MarketPeak?
1. Detailed explanation on business model
MarketPeak has a very detailed explanation provided on their website. Under the “About Us” section, you can click on their whitepaper to check out the whole business proposal.
The proposal includes information such as competitive advantages. reward systems, what is the PEAK token and how it works. It is about 30 pages and has a lot of detailed information. However the whitepaper has a lot of grammar errors which is unprofessional.
2. Professional website
The website is designed in such a way that it is attractive. It has a very attractive colour scheme and interactive animation that would retain users’ attention.
Not only that, the website provides information about its founder and the rest of the team under the “Team” page.
What Don’t I Like About MarketPeak?
1. Bad reputation of the founder
The founder of MarketPeak is Sergej Heck. Sergej does not have a lot of information online, other than the fact that he has promoted Ponzi schemes before.
A bad track record for a company founder will damage the reputation of the company, no matter how professionally designed it is.
2. Low liquidity in PEAK tokens
PEAK tokens are essentially ethereum based tokens and do not serve any function outside of MarketPeak.
PEAK tokens only serve as a currency for you to invest in fintech projects in MarketPeak. This means that if one day MarketPeak collapses, your PEAK tokens will have no value at all.
Is MarketPeak A Scam?
MarketPeak has raised some red flags. The founder has a bad track record for promoting Ponzi schemes. Now he is promoting MarketPeak, it is likely that MarketPeak is just another Ponzi scheme.
Even if the project proposed is legitimate, it doesn’t really stand out. The only competitive advantage is that the crowdfunding project is decentralised from the start.
Startups can still use other crowdfunding platforms to acquire the necessary funds. Once the startups have gained enough revenue, they can go public and still acquire more funds. MarketPeak only offers it faster, but it has higher risks.
You can still invest in fintech startups without going through this platform. The idea might be refreshing, however it already has a lot of red flags, which indicates that you should stay away from it.
