MakeMoneyEven Review Summary
Product Name: MakeMoneyEven
Product Type: Affiliate Marketing Course
Price: $10 + Upsell
What is MakeMoneyEven?
MakeMoneyEven(MME) is a program that teaches you how to make money through affiliate marketing.
For a price of $10, you will be provided video and live training to help you make money in the online marketing world.
Although the price looks cheap upfront, there are more upsells in the program where you will most likely need to buy later on.
The official website was launched in August 2017. Surprisingly, the program has been in the market for awhile.
Now let’s see what makes it sustainable.
How Does MakeMoneyEven Work?
The main strategy they teach in MME is to promote MME’s membership.
They have an affiliate program that you can join to make commissions by promoting Make Money Even.
It works very similar to a multi-level marketing scheme.
For example, you paid $10 to join MME and you invite 2 people to join it as well. You will earn $10 for referring 2 people to join. Each referral makes you $5.
Not only that, you can also receive money from your ‘downline’. It is a fairly complicated paying system. Aside from that, you can also receive VIP bonus and various rewards once you have more referrals.
The minimum you need to earn to request a payment is $25, so you need to get at least 5 referrals that pay you $5 each one.
The Make Money Even compensation plan
As I mentioned earlier, you can make money from your downlines which are the people you brought into MME.
For example, you have invited your friend, John to join MME. Later John invited 10 other persons to join MME as well. 5 out of the 10 referral rewards will go to you instead of John. Because John is your downline.
The same thing applies to you. Your first 5 referral commissions will go to the person who invited you to join MME.
This is just the tip of an iceberg. If you are interested in the entire compensation plan, please feel free to check it here.
What Do I like about MakeMoneyEven?
1. Affiliate Marketing
The only thing I like about MME is that they introduce the idea of affiliate marketing to those who are not familiar with it.
However, the way it promotes its own membership seems kinda like a pyramid scheme. Thus, it is not good overall.
2. Contact Information
At least they show the information you need in order to contact them. You might think isn’t it a very normal thing that every website has.
You will be surprised by the number of scam websites out there who is trying to scam people into buying their program. They used all fake information or even no information.
What Don’t I like about MakeMoneyEven?
1. MLM model
There are many levels involved in the organization. No question it uses a MLM business model because members make money by selling the membership and commission.
But it’s very risky as it relies too much on the recruitment side.
2. No Tool Provided
They don’t teach you how to effectively promote an item. For example, you really need a platform like a website or a YouTube channel to grow your audience.
You can’t just share the affiliate link all around social media. It won’t make you rich that way. It’s unfortunate that MME doesn’t emphasis on teaching the right way to get traffic.
3. Hidden Founder
The only thing we know about this company is the guy named “Martin” in the promotional video has something to do with MME. He is most likely the founder.
I wonder why would they want to hide everything the company. Sure, there’s a contact number on their website.
But a legit company usually has About Page, Privacy Page, Terms and Conditions and so on.
Is MakeMoneyEven A Scam?
I wouldn’t say MME is a scam because you can make money by promoting it but the MLM model stops me from joining it.
The business model is just so shady. I don’t want to risk being part of it. Many other online programs like MOBE had adopted the kinda similar business model and later got shut down.
People invested a lot of money and time in it but now it’s all gone.
That’s the reason I would rather not join MME. I prefer doing affiliate marketing on my blog because this way I control my own business.
I can promote whatever I want and I have the flexibility to change whenever I want. I don’t have to worry about the program I promote will be shut down one day.
