iBuumerang Review Summary

Product Type: Travel Niche MLM
Price: Free to Join
What is iBuumerang?
iBuumerang is a multi level marketing company that focuses on helping people to travel at a lower cost.
It seems like many people have gained wealth with its MLM business model.
That’s what intrigued my curiosity and I went ahead to research about this program.
According to WHOIS, iBuumerang’s official website was created in February 2019.
Although it is a rather new program, it has gained a lot of attention recently. Now, let’s see what’s so special about this MLM company.
Who is Behind iBuumerang?
iBuumerang was co-founded by David Manning and Holton Buggs.
Buggs has many years of experience in the mlm business. He had founded many big mlm companies in other niches like Coffee and Internet Marketing.
Manning had created a travel booking engine which later became the main product of iBuumerang.
Besides, Buggs and Manning have recruited a golden team to run the company.
- Terrance Gray “T.Gray” – VP of Business Development
- Mark Kithcart – VP of Marketing
- Peter Hirsch – Chief Giving Officer of the Buum Foundation
- Lori Speers – Director of Travel Services
Each person on board has a very impressive resume but I won’t go into the details here.
Because this blog is all about how does iBuumerang really work and how much you can earn with it.
iBuumerang is mainly selling travel packages. They have created a so called “Travel booking platform” which will give you up to 70% discount.
The booking platform is called iGo and it provides a wide variety of discounts such as flights, hotels, rental cars and so on.
You can also make money by promoting iGo.
Whenever somebody books on iGo through your affiliate link, you earn 50% commission from the total cost.
Besides, you get to enjoy a lot of benefits and rewards by becoming their members.
For example, here are some examples of the perks you get by becoming a member.
- Shopping Rewards
- Gift Cards
- Play Golf
- Shore Excursions
- Theme Parks
- Worldwide Tours
- Emergency Travel Services
- Wine Club
- Outdoor Activities
- Restaurant Savings
Now, we understand what they are selling and what’s the benefit of buying the packages.
Let’s get into how does iBuumerang really work. But I think we should talk about how to join iBuumerang as a member before we talk about how to make money with it.
Because it will help us to better understand the entire picture.
How to Join iBuumerang?
There are 3 membership levels that you can buy into.
1. Coach Class $250 and then $49.95 per month
2. Business Class $500 and then $99 per month
3. FirstClass $1000 and then $99 per month
The more expensive membership you buy, the more commission you can earn later on.
It is pretty straightforward and common in the mlm business.
How Does iBuumerang Work?
According to iBuumerang, there are basically three ways to make money with them.
1. iGo Affiliate Commission
As explained earlier, you make money by promoting iBuumerang travel packages.
Whenever they talk about a “free iBuumerang website”, it really means an affiliate link.
Every member will have their own unique link and then you as a member can share this link to your friends and family.
If anybody makes a booking through your link, you will earn 50% commission.
2. Direct Sales Bonus
According to iBuumerang’s compensation plan above, you earn $20 for a coach class membership referral and so on.
3. Dual Team Bonus
This is the classic “pyramid-like” passive income. You are basically receiving a cut of what your “downlines” made.
iBuumerang lets you make profit across 2 levels down which is why it has gained popularity in such a short amount of time.
These are basically how you make money with iBuumerang. Of course, there are more details about how the compensation work.
But I won’t go into details here because you can always visit their website to learn more about that.
Instead, I am going to show you why it might not be a good idea to join them.
What Don’t I Like About iBuumerang?
1. High Risk
The minimum cost to get started with iBuumerang is $299.95 for the first month. Then you need to pay $49.95 per month.
This is only for the cheapest membership and with it you are making the lowest commission.
For a beginner who don’t even know if it will work out, it is quite a big risk.
2. Sales Target Pressure
The most dangerous thing with MLM is the pressure of hitting the monthly sales target.
For example, you need to sell 30 memberships per month in order to maintain your membership.
Otherwise you lose eligibility to earn commission in iBuumerang. This is why a lot of people spend their own money to stock up a bunch of MLM’s product.
Eventually it will lead to bankruptcy or a huge dept. People often times got blinded by greed and not seeing the danger around them.
Please be careful before you take any action in the online world.
3. Intense Competition
The main way to make money with iBuumerang is to promote their membership. But there are thousands of other MLMs are doing the exact same thing.
How are you going to outperform the other companies or people who joined iBuumerang way earlier than you.
An MLM business is obviously in favor of those who joined earlier. According to stats, 80% of wealth will go to the top 10% of people in an MLM business.
4. Better Way of Making Money
The traditional way of approaching strangers in a mall or sending out flyers does not work anymore.
Forget about bothering the people around you. It’s definitely not worth it to put your relationship at risk.
Instead of asking people to join a program desperately due to the sales pressure, I would rather go with affiliate marketing.
For example, I spend $5 per month to setup a website and get it ranked on Google. This way I get hundreds of visitors to my website daily.
Then I can put affiliate links on my website. If anybody clicks on it and make a purchase, I earn a 50% commission.
Simple as that. Instead of forcing people to buy a membership, I let them come to me through Google search.
You can definitely make 4 or even 5 figures per month without bothering anybody.

What Do I Like About iBuumerang?
If you a travel lover, some of the membership discount might be beneficial to you.
If you are like most people who travel once or twice a year, I wouldn’t say it is a purchase with iBuumerang.
If you are solely looking for a way to make money, I wouldn’t recommend iBuumerang.
Is iBuumerang A Scam?
Overall, I don’t recommend anyone to join iBuumerang to make money. You can certainly join them for the perks of travelling discounts.
However, there are far better alternatives to make money online.
You don’t have to put so much money at risk.
If you are serious about creating online income, you need to be willing to sacrifice your time and put in a lot of effort into building an online business.
I have spent months into building this blog and now it has been generating some really nice passive income for me.
It worked 24/7 for me. I have visitors from all over the world. If somebody clicks on the ads, I make money.
If somebody buys through my affiliate link, I earn affiliate commission.
There are so many ways to make money with a blog like sponsorship, website flipping and so on.
